Where the artwork sits · {{ artXLabel }} across, {{ artYLabel }} down, {{ artWLabel }} wide

This moves the artwork inside each label rather than the whole sheet. Only needed if the design itself sits wrong.

Print at Actual Size with scaling off. Your setting and your pasted list are both remembered, so you can print, check, adjust and print again without starting over.

Bar A is drawn 1.000 inch long, starting at the paper's left edge. Measure two things: the white gap from the paper edge to where the ink starts, and how long the bar actually printed. Bar B is drawn 1.000 inch long, ending at the paper's right edge. Measure the same two things: the white gap at that edge, and the bar's printed length.

Measure the ticks along the top, first to last: exactly 7.000 inches. Then the two marks in the center gutter: exactly 10.000 inches apart. If either reads short, your printer is shrinking the page. Turn off Fit to page, print at 100%, and start again.

Then measure bars A and B two ways each: the white gap from the paper's edge to where the ink starts, and the bar's printed length. A gap with a short bar means your printer can't reach that edge, and no nudge will recover it. A gap with a full 1.000 inch bar means the page was pushed inward instead.

Then lay this over a real label sheet. If the dashed boxes sit off the labels, nudge by the difference under Line it up. The bronze lines are where the artwork's edges should fall: check the right one on label 1 and the left one on label 2.
